I, usi moonik, hereby declare that I am the founder, owner, and primary maintainer of the USI Moonik Token (USI) project.
I assume full and direct responsibility for the following aspects of the project:
- Deployment and full verification of the USI smart contract on BNB Smart Chain (verified on BscScan as of 2025-12-04)
- Accuracy, consistency, and ongoing maintenance of all publicly published documentation
- Development, maintenance, and content of the official website[](https://usimoonik.com)
- Maintenance of the official GitHub repository
- Operation and content of all official communication and social channels
- Coordination with the transparent core team members for technical support and educational contributions
USI Moonik does not conduct and has never conducted any form of fundraising, token sales, investment offerings, presales, airdrops, or financial promotions of any kind.
The project exists solely for transparent, educational, and non-financial blockchain usage. It serves as a public demonstration of immutable, tax-free, renounced smart contract design with complete public verifiability.
